	Invitation design and setup
PureSurvey’s creative design team will work with you to create a professional invite to the survey that includes the corporate colors and portrays the correct brand image. The invite will be emailed to all potential participants.

	Survey Questionnaire design
Once again your branding will be incorporated into the actual online survey pages; this will help to reinforce your brand while the survey is being completed.

Online survey setup and testing

There are two different ways to go about creating your survey question content. If you know what data feedback you want to get and already have specific questions in mind, then we will upload your questions into the survey engine and send a test invite to you by email. If you are struggling with content then search no further, because we have a wide variety of sample surveys and a concise help section. Once the question content has been uploaded and the test invites and survey has been approved by you, final testing and distribution will commence.

Survey distribution via tracked email

Once again your branding will be incorporated into the actual online survey pages; this will help to reinforce your brand while the survey is being completed.We will require you to send us the email addresses of all the members of the target group. The contact list will be imported to a bulk email distribution provider and the invite delivered to the recipient’s inbox. To monitor the distribution process, we make use of our custom tracking software (-Target Messenger).brand while the survey is being completed.

	Staff reminder email (non respondents)
The email invite contains an embedded tracking application which allows you to determine:
Which emails have bounced (incorrect address) Which recipients have read, but not clicked on the survey link yet. (where available) Which recipients have started the survey, but not completed it yet.
It is important to note that respondents will need electronic access to complete the survey.

Survey reporting

Access to your research data any time or place. Clients will receive a secure login, which allows you to view your survey reports online in real time. The reporting system is highly accurate; the feedback collected is displayed in the form of visually appealing graphs and charts.

Reports can be filtered to look for specific trends, you have the ability to see every response or only the ones you’re interested in.

We also prepare non-standard reports for clients on an ad-hoc basis, but these will be discussed and quoted for on a separate proposal

	Survey close off process
We will email you a .PDF or word document with a summary report for the survey. We will also contact you to see if you would like any specific reports put together.
