Sherwood engaged us to facilitate an online staff survey, they wanted to run an Employee Satisfaction Survey to obtain input on how to become Africa’s most reliable supply chain manager.
The purpose of this survey was to provide Sherwood International with candid and opinions from staff so that the company can build a better workplace for their colleagues. The quick and easy online reporting allowed the survey results to be shared with management and staff, ensuring key feedback was easy to access and implement.
